Miami developer Sergio Pino has sold his Gables Estates mansion for $8 million, posted The Real Deal today. Pino and his wife Tatiana closed the sale of the 325 Leucadendra Drive home on March 3, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction Wednesday. The couple paid about $1.7 million for the 57,017-square-foot property in May 2000. The buyer is 325 Leucadendra Drive LLC. State corporate records show the company is managed by Claudia DeSouza. In the month of February there were a total of 24 single family home sales in Coral Gables, seven of which were waterfront and golf view properties. The average sales per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $314.33, which is an increase from last months average of $283. The average sales per square foot for waterfront homes was $598.84. The only sale on the Biltmore Golf Course, 1275 Mariola Ct, sold at $395.01 per square foot.
