Single Family Home Sales | September 2015 | Coral Gables

In the month of September 2015, we saw a slight increase in the number of sales from August, going from 30 to 36. There were two waterfront homes sold and two golf  course front properties  sold this month. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $328.60  down from last months $367.63  average. The average price per square foot for waterfront homes increased from $589.29 in August to $761.88 in September. Golf view properties dropped from $544.59 to $430.24 Stay tuned to the blog to see how the trends in Coral Gables change over the month of October!
