Single Family Home Sales | Coral Gables | February 2016

In the month of February 2016, we saw a slight increase from the number of sales from January to February, going from 27 to 31. There were 2 waterfront properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $544.20. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront/non golf-view homes was $374.35 which is almost the exact average as last months $374.13.
