Miami Heat guard Ray Allen purchased a Coral Gables mansion which he was previously renting. The mansion was previously owned by Billionaire entrepreneur Miguel Fernandez. Ray Allen is currently a free agent who is considering retirement.  The home sold for $11 million to a trust managed by Orin Mayers who is Allen’s business manager. Coral Gables Single Family Home Sales – June 2014

In the month of June, there were a total of 54 single family home sales, slightly higher from the 52 sales last month. Of the 54 sales, 12 were waterfront homes and three were golf view properties. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $347.16, significantly higher from April and May, averaging at $312 and $316 respectively. The average sales per square foot for waterfront homes was $578.18, dropping down from $614 from the month of May.
