December 2014 Closed Sales | Single Family Homes | Coral Gables

In the last month of 2014 we saw sales jump up to 34 from the 22 in the month of November. Of the 34 sales, two were waterfront home and four were golf course front property. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $355.73 which is up from the $342.67 of November. The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was $484.05and the average for golf view homes was $366.77, same as last month.
