In the month of June 2017, we saw an increase in the number of sales from May to June, a total of 56 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 4 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for these waterfront properties sold this month was $746.13 higher than last month waterfront properties. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $381.28 which is slightly lower from last month’s average of $385. That’s due to a non-waterfront property selling for $2,800,000.
