In the month of April 2017, we saw a steady number of sales from March to April, a total of 43 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 3 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for these waterfront properties sold this month was $818.85 Lower than last month waterfront properties. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $376 which is slightly higher from last month’s average of $347.
