June 2015 – Coral Gables Single Family Home Sales

In the month of  2015, we saw a dramatic increase in the number of sales from May, going from 42 to 50. There were four waterfront homes and there was three golf course front properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $347.27, slightly down from last months $375.24 average. The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was $703.40 and for golf view properties it was $517.07.
