Coral Gables Single Family Home Sales – July 2014

In the month of July, there were a total of 26 single family home sales, significantly lower from the 54 sales last month. Of the 26 sales, only two were waterfront homes. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $338.07, lower than the $347.16 average from June. The average sales per square foot for waterfront homes was $886.79, which was a huge jump from the $578.18 average last month.
