In the month of November 2016, we saw an increase in the number of sales from October to November, going from 15 to a total of 40 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 4 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $848.65. This is high due to the waterfront property selling for $7,755,000. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $390 which is slightly lower from last month’s average of $401.
