    In the month of May 2016, we saw an increase from the number of sales from April to May, going from 31 to 38. There were 4 waterfront properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $643.44. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $386.85 which is down from last month’s average of $405.29.
