In the month of September 2016, we saw a decrease from the number of sales from August to September, going from 37 to a total of 26 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 3 waterfront properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $874. This is high due to one of the waterfront properties selling for $11,000,000. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $403 which is lower from last month’s average of $414.
