In the month of October 2016, we saw a decrease from the number of sales from September to October, going from 26 to a total of 15 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There was 1 waterfront property that sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $637. This is high due to the waterfront property selling for $2,950,000. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $401 which is slightly lower from last month’s average of $403.
