In the month of September 2017, due to Hurricane Irma putting a halt to many things we saw a major decrease in the number of sales from August to September. There was a total of 15 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 2 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for these water-front properties sold this month was $725.37 higher than last month water-front properties. The highest sales price for the water-front property this month was $4,600,000.
