In the month of October 2017, we saw a major increase in the number of sales from September to October. There was a total of 36 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 6 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for these water-front properties sold this month was $522.03 lower than last month water-front properties. The highest sales price for the water-front property this month was $5,000,000.
