In the month of October 2015, we saw a slight decrease in the number of sales from September, going from 36 to 30. There were two waterfront homes sold and four golf course front properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront/non-golf view homes was $365.39 up from last months $328.60 average.
The average price per square foot for waterfront homes decreased from $761.88 in September to $575.16 in October. Golf view properties slightly increased from $430.24 to $438.56.
