The price per square foot for this month water-front properties were $729.92 , $726.11, $709.46, $693.52, and $475.42. Last month 5 water-front properties were sold. The sales price for water-front properties this month was $7,995,000 , $2,500,000, $2,195,000, $1,700,000 and $1,325,000.
