In the month of March 2017, we saw a continuous increase in the number of sales from February to March, going from 31 to a total of 43 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 2 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for these waterfront properties sold this month was $1,458.98. Higher than last month since one of these waterfront properties sold for $43,700,000.
