In the month of November 2015, we saw a significant decrease from the number of sales from October, going from 30 to 23.
There was 1 waterfront property and 1 golf course front property sold this month. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront/non-golf view homes was $407.78 up from last months $365.39.
The average price per square foot for waterfront homes decreased from $575.16 in October to $481.61 in November. Golf view properties slightly decreased from $438.56 to $371.70.
