In the month of April 2018, we saw an increase in the number of sales from March to April. There was a total of 40 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 6 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for water-front properties that sold this month was $670.16. Last months average of 5 water-front properties was lower at $666.89.
The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes for the month of April was $404.11 which is slightly higher from last month’s average of $399.38.
