Just get it rented.
Having a property empty for months does not produce any income.
I have clients who tell me “well I had it rented for $5000 for the past two years, so that is what I want this year.” Well this year it’s worth $4,800. “Well I still want $5000.”
Well obviously the property has not gotten rented for three months. The market has changed. Markets change, they go up and go down.
As a landlord myself, I just reduced my property $100 per month and I got it rented in a week, while the others are trying to actively market the property for a higher price.
Markets change guys. Change your prices accordingly.
