Please Join Us as we Launch Project Marcelo

A little over three years ago family, friends, and friends of friends from all over the world came together to help our son recover after his hemispherectomy. For that, we are infinitely grateful. Since then, we knew that when the time was right, we would find a way to give back to others with the same spirit that helped lift us during our most difficult hour. That time is now.

We are extremely excited to introduce Project Marcelo, a charitable organization that focuses on helping children with neurological disorders.

On March 8, 2015 Project Marcelo will he holding its first event in the terrace of Blackbird Ordinary. All proceeds will be used to help Diego, a boy who much like Marcelo did before surgery, suffers ten to fifteen epileptic seizures a day. Please visit the Marcelo Facebook page for more information about Diego’s story and our $35,000 goal to bring him to the United States for medical testing at Miami Childrens’ Hospital.
