Office Condo to be Built at Acquired Land in Coral Gables | 1200 Ponce De Leon Blvd.

After acquiring a site for $6.65 million, The Solution Group has announced plans to build an office condominium in Coral Gables.

The 29,000 square foot site is located at 1200 Ponce de Leon Blvd and was purchased in 2004 by 1200 Ponce LLC for $3.75 million. The Solution Group plans on building a Mediterranean-style building, complete with 47 office condos, 335 parking spaces, and two retail units on the ground floor. Condo space will total 97,500 sq. ft.

“We strive to make every project we undertake unique, and to provide buyers with superior design in well located neighborhoods,” The Solution Group President Camilo Lopez said in a news release. “So far, the response has been phenomenal from the community and potential buyers, with several companies already voicing their interest in reserving a spot in the building.”

Developers expect to break ground in the fall of 2015 and should be complete in early 2017.
