May 2015 Single Family Home Sales for Coral Gables – Price Per Sq.Ft.

In the month of May 2015, we saw a dramatic increase in the number of sales from April, going from 30 to 42. There were three waterfront homes and there was one golf course front properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $375.24, slightly down from last months $387.92 average.

The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was $706.80 and for golf view properties it was $467.00.
