In the February 2015, we saw sales go down only from 23 to 22. However, as with January, there was a higher number of waterfront sales, going from two in December to six in January and five in February. There was one golf front properties sold this month, which had a price per square feet of $433.15. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $331.85, slightly down from last months $366.68 average.
The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was $607.41, down from $779.00 last month.
