In the month of March 2016, we saw a decrease from the number of sales from February to March, going from 31 to 25. There were 4 waterfront properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $597.20.
The average price per square foot of non-waterfront/non golf-view homes was $422.89 which is up from last month’s average of $374.35.
