In the month of June 2016, we saw a slight decrease from the number of sales from May to June, going from 38 to 37. There were 2 waterfront properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $616.48. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $375.99 which is down from last month’s average of $386.85.
