In the month of March 2015, we saw sales jump back up from 22 to 30. However, we saw a drop in waterfront home sales from five in February to two in March. There were also two golf course front properties sold this month, which had a price per square feet of $429.15. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $341.69, up slightly down from last months $331.85 average.
The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was extremely skewed due to the very high sale at 555 Leucadendra Drive at $1682.97 per sq.ft. The other waterfront property sold at $518.79 per sq.ft.
