In the month of August 2015, we saw a decrease in the number of sales from June & July, going from 50 and 40 to 30. There was only one waterfront home sold (410 Costanera Road) and one golf course front property (4100 Pinta Ct) sold this month. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $367.63 slightly down from last months $374.31 average.
The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was $589.29 and for the golf view property it was $544.59.
