In the month of December there were a total of 32 single family home sales in Coral Gables, five of which were waterfront and golf view properties. Even considering the holidays there was a significant amount of transactions in the real estate market. The average sales per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $315.45. The average sales per square foot for waterfront homes was $672.51. The only sale on the Riviera Golf Course sold at $472.70 per square foot. It will be interesting to see how the next quarter does considering we are out of the holidays. In my humble opinion, I believe we will see stable prices with very little fluctuation.
