In the month of October, sales began to make an upwards climb from last months low. With 37 total single family home sales, the number more than doubled from the 18 we saw last month and up from the 31 we saw in August as well. Of the 37 sales, only one is a waterfront home and one is golf course front property. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $338.24, which is $28.68 less from last months $366.92 average.
The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was $653.81 and the average for golf view homes was $396.19 but because we only had one property in each area, its not an overall accurate average of homes of these types.
