In the month of May 2019, we saw a slight decrease in the number of sales from April. There was a total of 31 closed transactions in Coral Gables in May. There were 3 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties this month was $843. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes for this month of May was $421.59.
