June Real Estate Market Update
In June, the real estate market saw a noticeable slowdown in activity compared to May. A total of 27 single-family homes were sold in June, down from 38 sales the previous month.
Among the June transactions was the sale of a waterfront property, reflecting the continued demand for luxury homes with premium water access. These properties remained highly valued, with an impressive average price per square foot of $1,346.90—highlighting the strong appeal of prime locations and lifestyle amenities.
Non-waterfront properties also performed well, posting an average price per square foot of $1,059.25. It’s important to note that this figure was influenced by a significant $13 million sale, which contributed to the higher overall average.
