In the month of September, we saw a big decrease in home sales compared to August. There were 12 single family homes sold in September compared to 29 in August. There was 1 waterfront home sold. The price per square foot for this waterfront home was $1,025.81. The price per square foot for non waterfront homes sold was $971.24.
