In the month of August 2017, we saw an increase in the number of sales from July to August, a total of 41 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 4 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for these water-front properties sold this month was $564.80 slightly lower than last month water-front properties. The sales price for the highest water-front property this month was $5,392,000.
