BLOG: HALLOWEEN| COMMUNITY | 23 of October 2020
BOO! Scared! Don’t be, well maybe a little… we are still adapting.
And as we continue adapting in phase 3, is it me or does it fell like most days have been Halloween this 2020? Ok all joking aside… Weather is a bit cooler and rainier in South Florida these days making it a little scarier than usual this time of the year.
Yes this year, we will be missing our fabulous and fun Halloween parties and parades all over town that have become tradition the last week of October, the good news is that in typical Miami style we always find a way to have a great time! Whether it’s a family-friendly goblins and ghosts tour/haunted house caravans, horror movies on the water (yes because how else would we be South Floridians) or decorating our houses with fun and scary themes, we will celebrate and cannot wait to see fun theme facial masks in a responsible way too.
Check out these fun and cool things we discovered at the Oscar Arellano Team. And if today you are not in your dream home and ready to make a move, just contact us to help you sell yours or look for one for you!

Please note that some neighborhoods/streets such as Santa Maria and Cocoplum where traditionally many trick-or-treaters gather will not be blocked off as the City is encouraging families to follow lower risk alternatives.
Now on to some fun and safe activities around the Magic City and it is a great way to get to know other areas especially if you are in the market to sell or buy. Let us celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun way!

Just a few miles west of Coral Gables in the Westchester on the grounds of the Tamiami Park at 11201 SW 24 St (Coral Way) is the Not So Spooky Drive-Thru Adventure & Pumpkin Patch. Safety is a top priority of Miami-Dade residents and this event is one not to miss out with friends and family plus you get to support local community. It is Miami´s first ever drive-thru pumpkin patch that started early October and ends Nov 1 – even have photo opportunities so go dressed up and have a great time!
