April 2015 Single Family Home Sales for Coral Gables – Price Per Sq.Ft.

In the month of April 2015, we saw the same number of sales as March: 30. Also, we only had two waterfront homes, again the same as March. There were no golf course front properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $387.92, up slightly up from last months $341.69 average.

The average price per square foot for waterfront homes was $581.23.
