It was in these environments, serving high-net-worth individuals and international investors, that he first discovered a passion for real estate. Being exposed to branded residences, international property investments, and lifestyle-driven developments sparked a natural evolution in his career path. After relocating to South Florida, Leodan began working in the complex realm of probate and guardianship transactions, gaining valuable experience navigating legal nuances and high-stakes negotiations. Building on that foundation, he made a full transition into luxury real estate and is now proudly part of the Oscar Arellano Team, one of the most respected real estate teams in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.
