In the month of August 2016, we saw 37 closed transactions in Coral Gables which is just 1 transaction more from last month’s 36. There were 3 waterfront properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties sold this month was $601. The average price per square foot of non-waterfront homes was $414 which is up from last month’s average of $400.60.
