In the month of October 2018, we saw an increase in the number of sales from July to October. There was a total of 50 closed transactions in Coral Gables. There were 7 waterfront properties that sold this month. The average price per square foot for waterfront properties this month was $509.74. July’s 3 waterfront properties were higher at $904.08.
