Hi this is Oscar Arellano and welcome to the episode a Realtor buzz. In today’s episode it’s all about knowing your clients. I like to give real life examples; the other day I was showing a tri-level property that I have. The realtor calls me to schedule a showing and set it up.The client shows up, the buyer’s Realtor shows up with a person who is handicapped. Unfortunately, they can’t go up the stairs.
