Coral Gables Closed Sales | January 2015 | Single Family Homes

  In the first month of the year, we saw sales go down from 34 to 23. However, there was a big jump of waterfront sale, going from two in December to six. There were no golf front properties sold this month. The average price per square foot for non-waterfront homes was $366.68, up from $355.73 in December and the $342.67 average of November.
